Ivan Gazidis has been officially confirmed as the new CEO of AC Milan.

The 54-year-old left Arsenal in September after ten years, joining former employers Elliot Group at the Serie A side.

Gazidis will be tasked with the financial side of the game, with Leonardo and Paolo Maldini in charge of the football side.

He signs a one-and-a-half year deal and will reportedly earn a salary of €4m per year.
