Chelsea are reportedly considering a sensational move for Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Current Blues boss Antonio Conte is expected to leave the club at the end of the season after just two seasons in charge.
The west London side have failed to qualify for the Champions League but still face the prospect of an FA Cup final on Saturday.
That’s not been enough to impress the hierarchy however, and the former Juventus man is almost certain to get his marching orders.
As such, the Stamford Bridge outfit are on the hunt for a new head coach, and Sky Sports have claimed that Chelsea are looking at the possibility of bringing in the Argentine for next term.
The 46-year-old has, for the first time in his Spurs spell, offered an ultimatum of such to the board – insisting that they need to “take risks” and spend if they are to keep up with the Manchester clubs.
It seems extremely unlikely however that Pochettino will leave this summer, especially considering Tottenham are moving to their brand new stadium next term.
